Introduction

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is made by 58ºÚÁÏÍø Limited, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, in accordance with Section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we have taken during the financial year ending 31 August 2025 to identify, prevent, and address risks of modern slavery within our own operations and our supply chains.

About 58ºÚÁÏÍø Group

58ºÚÁÏÍø Limited is a management and holding company of a group of companies involved in the ownership and operation of international schools for children aged 9 months to 18 years of age. From our UK headquarters, we operate thirteen schools in Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Mexico, Qatar, China, Ecuador and Albania.
